Huyremy

Huyremy - Nguyen Quang Huy (December 23, 1984) is a Vietnamese hacker that operated during the years 2001 to 2007.

Early life

Huyremy born in a family home located in Hanoi, the first time he access to computer when he was 13 years old, Huyremy learned basic knowledge of computers, network, programming from his mother. At 14 years of age, Huyremy wrote the first computer program, which adjusted the printer through the computer. This program was the foundation for KheSanh Trojan, that hackers in Vietnam widely used for the theft of dialup network passwords in 1999-2000.

Confirmed criminal acts

  • 2000 - Attacked Viet Nam's Lotto For Captival Development Company. Changed Lotto result for fun. Founder of that company force to say sorry on Viet Nam's Television Channel ( VTV1 )
  • 2002 - Get root HVA ( Hacker Vietnamese Association ) - All data of that system has been Deleted and can't reboot.
  • 2003 - Won first prize in the competition for system penetration by Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh organization. Huyremy only took 3 minutes to beat penetrate the competition firewall.
  • 2004 - Change the balance a variety of accounts set Asia Bank - ACB Vietnam. Many account holders became anxious to withdraw money from their account, Vietnam ACB bank fell into crisis.
  • 2006 - Huyremy attacked Chodientu.com the biggest C2C portal in Viet Nam in which IDG invested. Huyremy was arrested in May 9 2006 but released after 45 days detention without sufficient grounds by the prosecution.
