Hugo Kant

Quentin Le Roux, or Hugo Kant, is a French multi-instrumentist, producer.

Biography

He was born in 1976, and started playing piano at the age of 5 at the national music school.
In 1994, he CREATES a jazz-rock psychedelic band : Güs Weg Watergang, with Simon Fayolle (aka Braka), Sébastien Smither, Olivier Dumaine and Richard Rozembaum (in 1997). He's on keyboards, flute, clarinet and sampler, until 2002.

Then, he plays with several bands (David Lafore, Oshen, Lokito, Luis Pousa...)
Now, he's playing with Samenakoa (Jazz-Funk-Soul Brass Band), Picture Shop (Nu Jazz-Downtempo-Sound design), et Nuestra Cosa (Jazz-Electro).
In 2010, he stars a solo project under the name of Hugo Kant. A mix of electronic music, downtempo, nu jazz, trip hop, and acoustic music.
