Hrannar Ingimarsson

Hrannar Ingimarsson (Icelandic, born September 27, 1972).

After studying Recording Engineering at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida he worked as music recording engineer, music producer, sound mixer, programmer and session guitarist/keyboardist in Reykjavík, Iceland from 1996-2006 on numerous albums with artists such as gusgus, Quarashi, Jeff Who?, Dikta and Skárren ekkert.

Joined the band Skárren ekkert in 1998, which later changed its name to Ske, as a song writer, guitarist and producer along with the other three members of the band.

Ske released its first album in 2002, Life, Death, Happiness and Stuff and its second in 2004, Feelings are great. Their third album is due out in 2008, with recent addition of lead singer Höskuldur Ólafsson (a.k.a. Hössi Ólafsson, formerly of Quarashi).

Hrannar retired as an engineer from the music industry in 2006, apart from working on Ske's albums and is working for the Icelandic airline JetX.
