Holland Pratt

Holland Pratt (b. 1999/2000) is an officer in the United States Army. Commissioned as a second lieutenant after graduating from the United States Military Academy in May 2022, she is most notable for serving as the academy's cadet first captain during the 2021-2022 school year. After graduating, Pratt began attendance at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
Biography
Holland F. Pratt was born in Spokane, Washington in 1999 or 2000, the daughter of Gavin and Sarah Pratt. She was raised in Liberty Lake, Washington, and attended Liberty Lake Elementary School, Greenacres Middle School and Central Valley High School (CVHS).
After graduating from CVHS in 2018, Pratt began attendance at the United States Military Academy (West Point). During her college career, Pratt received awards for classroom performance and academic research.
Pratt graduated from West Point in May 2022 and received her commission as a second lieutenant. After graduating, Pratt began attendance at the University of Oxford. She was selected for a Rhodes Scholarship and intended to earn master of science degrees in Global Governance and Diplomacy, and in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies.
