Incorporated in March, 2008, Houghton Mifflin S.Chand (know as HMSC) is a joint venture between Houghton Mifflin Harcourt's international arm, EMPGI and S.Chand. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt is one of the leading educational publishers in the USA. S.Chand is one of the largest publishers in India.
