Herbert Graham (basketball)

Herbert Noel Graham (born August 30, 1993) is an American collegiate basketball player who currently plays for Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne, more commonly known as IPFW.

High school career

Graham attended North Miami High school until his senior year where he transferred to Parkway Academy in Miramar, Florida. As a senior, he averaged 25.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game, leading the tri-county area of Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in scoring. Herbert was also named a 2011 McDonald’s All-American Nominee for the state of Florida, an accolade given only to the top stars in the state.

College career

2011–12 season

Sat out the year as a redshirt.

2012–13 season

After redshirtting his freshman season in 2011-2012, Herbert made his debut the following season playing in 12 games during the year including a 17 point performance on November 20, hitting 6-of-7 shots from the field. His season was cut short due to illness. A medical red shirt was applied for with the NCAA.

2013–14 season

Played in 13 games, coming off of the bench in each ... Scored a season-high six points three times during the year, on November 20 against Purdue-Calumet, on January 4 against Kalamazoo, and on February 6 against South Dakota State ... hit 7-of-16 shots from long range on the season, and 9-of-20 shots overall from the field ... Pulled down five rebounds against South Dakota State on February 6 ... Dished out three assists against Purdue Calumet on November 20

2014 Summer

Herbert Graham played very well during IPFW's Canada Tour during the 2014 summer. In one game Graham posted 14 points in just 10 minutes of playing time. He went 5-7 from the field at York University(Canada).

Son of Herbert Graham Sr and Alejandra Padilla, has five siblings, Bianca, Samuel, Rick, Robert and Amber.
