The company was established in 2004 by Austen Salton, a keen entrepreneur with previous businesses in printing, outside catering and plumbing industries. They claim to be the most informative heating and plumbing website on the Internet. As of 2008, the company employs a 30 strong workforce, with it's own dedicated sales and customer service teams.

News and Forum
The company also provides a news service that is updated daily, bringing the latest stories from all areas of the relevant industries. This means that visitors to the site are kept informed of the latest happenings.. The site has recently started up a forum, encouraging users to interact regarding items they have purchased, or are considering purchasing. The forum has vastly expanded since it's inception, and has over 200 users in less than 3 months.
