Hatteland Group is a group of 19 hardware and software companies, primarily known for its RamBase CRM/MRP/ERP system and the AutoStore WMS system. The company's headquarters are in Vats, Norway with additional offices in offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Haugesund, Karmøy, Arendal, Bergen, Porsgrunn, Sauda, and Åndalsnes. Hatteland Group is amongst the 250 largest companies in Norway.

History

Hatteland Group was founded by Jakob Hatteland in 1971 as a distributor of electronic components. Throughout the early 1990s the Hatteland Group grew in the Nordic countries and East Europe with offices set up in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the Baltic states. 1995 Hatteland developed the AutoStore warehouse management system. In 1995 Hatteland invented the concept AutoStore. In 2005 the company launched the RamBase Internet Client, a complete business system for Customer Relationship Management, Material Requirements Planning, and Enterprise Resource Planning.

AutoStore

AutoStore is an automated warehouse system that uses robots to store and pick up goods in a three dimensional storage grid.
