Harlequin Theatre, Redhill

The Harlequin Theatre is in Redhill, Surrey and is in the Warwick quadrant next to the library. It has a main stage and a cinema, plus large conference rooms and large dressing rooms.

Regular Events

A church group meets in the Harlequin conference room called 'Tanners and Woolsack' every Sunday morning. There are lots of shows and events all the time. For more, see the website 1. There are a lot of stand up comedy nights at the Harlequin, run by 'Terry the Standup'.

Beth Wood

Beth Wood has been running youth theatre groups and events at the Harlequin for 10 years and in other places for the rest of her career. Her official title is head of the 'outreach drama department' at the Harlequin.

Terry the standup at the Harlequin Theatre

Terry the standup is a comedy company that isn't based at the Harlequin but do perform there on the first Friday of every month. They also do the Woking Comedy Festival at the Rhoda McGgaw Theatre every summer and run various comedy workshops. It is run and owned by Terry Fromant, John Soffe and McKenzie Taylor.
