Hard Rock Hotel Penang was open in September 2009. Being the first Hard Rock Hotel in Malaysia, Hard Rock Hotel Penang is a luxury resort situated along the beaches of Batu Ferringhi, Penang.

Ultimate Foam Party

The Ultimate Foam is the first foam party in Penang. Each first Saturday of the month, the pool area at the Hard Rock Hotel Penang transforms into a massive outdoor party.

The party runs from 5-7 PM for children and 7-11 PM for adults.

Live performances

Hard Rock Hotel Penang is also a location for live performances. Gigs in the Hotel consisted of both local and international artistes and bands. Among those who had played at Hard Rock Hotel Penang are The Wailers, Mizz Nina, Ella, Zainal Abidin, Sheila Majid and Amy Search.

The Hotel has over 530 square meters of meeting space consisting of a unique marquee ballroom with banquet style seating for 300 guests (named Hall of Fame), pre-function garden area, three meeting rooms and a full service business centre.
