Client Centric Index
The firm's Client Centric Index is an online diagnostic test designed to help banks and other service businesses to 'align themselves more closely with their clients and markets'. Gulland Padfield markets itself on the importance and impact of this approach.
The diagnostic is based on a proprietary research project conducted in 2009 among C-suite and other senior executives of global financial institutions and professional service firms. Their research identified ‘client focus’ as the key to recovery in the banking sector and the company bases its business model on this. It also isolated six drivers of client focus which include a business's strategy, governance and operations, product and service offering, client relationship management, brand and communications, and staff and culture.
