Guillermo Eyzaguirre Rouse (12 August 1883 – 23 June 1915) was a Chilean lawyer, teacher, journalist and politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.

Eyzaguirre studied humanities at Colegio San Ignacio and obtained his bachelor's degree in 1900. After returning to Chile in 1907, he taught Spanish at the Instituto Nacional and was later appointed inspector general of the institution.

He also worked as a journalist, serving for a year as director of La Mañana, where he wrote in support of liberal political ideas. A member of the Liberal Party, initially through its Liberal Youth Center, Eyzaguirre was selected by the Santiago Liberal Assembly as a candidate for the Chamber of Deputies and was elected for Santiago for the 1915–1918 legislative period.

In June 1915, Eyzaguirre was appointed to lead an Liberal Alliance delegation sent to the department of Castro to oversee the presidential election and defend voting rights. He was killed on 23 June 1915 at Punta de Chonos during a duel with one of the opposing political agents. His remains were subsequently transferred to Santiago and interred at the Catholic Cemetery.
