GTB Asset Management Limited
GTB Asset Management Limited is the investment and wealth management subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, a leading financial institution in Nigeria with offices in London and across West Africa. The company was incorporated and registered by the Securities Exchange Commission, Nigeria (SEC) in 2008 to carry on business as funds/portfolio managers, trustees and issuing house/financial advisers. The company executes its securities brokerage business through its subsidiary, GTB Securities, licensed by the Nigerian STOCK Exchange (NSE).
Management structure
The board of GTB Asset Management is chaired by Ebert Imomoh, chairman of Afren Energy Resources. Other directors include: Nicholas Nyamali (Chief Executive Officer), as well as Tayo Aderinokun, Olusegun Agbaje, Demola Odeyemi and Bolaji Lawal (non-executive directors).
The management team of the company is made up of Nicholas Nyamali (MD/CEO), John Ogar (Head, Investment Management), Abimbola Afolabi-Ajayi (Head, Trust & Client Services) and Gbemi Adelekan (Head, Business Support Group).
