History

The company was founded in Saint-Ouen in February 2021 thanks to a crowdfunding campaign on the Ulule platform which raised €32,000.

In May 2022, it acquired its French competitor Vaovert.

In June 2022, the company completed its first fundraising round using the Lita.co platform, selling shares for a total value of €553,800 to 420 shareholders. It also raised capital from around forty business angels and BPI, bringing the total amount raised to €1.2 million.

In December 2023, the company launched gift cards and gift boxes in several major French supermarkets and specialist retailers in order to gain notoriety among the general public.

On October 24, 2024, the company raised 3 million euros from venture capital firms and business angels.
