Graduate degree programs in human resources management
Graduate degree programs in human resources management are professional masters degrees concentrated in industrial relations and human resource management. Due to the evolution of human resources management and industrial relations, degree programs go by different names although they cover essentially the same material.

History
Cornell University created the world's first school for college-level study in industrial and labor relations (ILR School), and in 1950 it offered its first professional masters degree program: Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR).
