Gojira (UK)

Gojira is a UK Drum and bass band.

Created originally by Southampton DJ Chix, Gojira is a live breakbeat/electronica band, consisting of a scratch DJ, drummer, keys, three vocalists and a bassist.

Style

The band says its Soca music-edged sounds are aimed at working with MC Kwest's rapping, while its faster, drum and bass tracks showcase the solo efforts of the drummer, Jake. A number of the tracks are allied to an upbeat, Electro-breaks style.
