Giulia Nahmany

Giulia Nahmany (born 16 January 1983) is an Israeli Romanian actress, singer, producer and entrepreneur.

Carrer

Music career

Her passion for music began in 2004 when Giulia recorded an Israeli album. In September 2005, Giulia represented Israel at the International Golden Stag Festival (CERBUL DE AUR) In Brașov and won the popularity prize. In 2007, the song MAKE IT was chosen to be among the 24 semifinalists for the Romanian Eurovision song contest. On January 2009, Giulia recorded and shot the video for the song FEEL THE MUSIC, by a famous Romanian composer. On November 2009, Giulia recorded the English version DO YOU for the international hit TAMAALY MAAK.

Acting career

Giulia is starring in LOVE by Design , a romantic comedy, where she plays the leading role of Danielle Luca, a New York fashion editor that loses her reputation and job going on a journey of self-discovery to her home town, in Romania, where she discovers real love and becomes a successful fashion designer. Love by Design also stars Jane Seymour as Vivien Thompson (editor-in-chief) of NY Fashion Magazine and David Oakes as Adrian Edwards. In 2014, at the Newport Beach Film Festival, she won an award for the First-time Filmmaker.
