Ginger MacDonald

Ginger MacDonald, from Valencia, California, is a multi-faceted, semi-popular, pseudo talk show host/chef.

Her bi-weekly television show, "Ginger and Spice and Everything Nice", explores the town of Santa Clarita, California and demonstrates the courtesy of its fellow citizens. On a typical episode the viewer can expect to see MacDonald reminiscing about her past, butchering simple words, and even misspelling others. Originally started as a cooking show, MacDonald slowly ventured into other forms of entertainment, like guided tours of local "hot spots", educating the world about cancer, and introducing her friends.

Some of her friends include Grandma Emma, Sparky and his wife Ebby, April O'Sullivan, Shirley Marsolek, and of course, the irreverent Lois Palarin. However, this list is not by any means complete and while she always manages to meet new people, it is this list of people that always stays by her side through all of her endeavours.

It is not uncommon for MacDonald to encounter friends (and foes) from her past during her indelible journeys through the valley terrain of Santa Clarita. In fact, it is the constant, underlying sense of excitement and unpredictability that has made her show so mediocre and unacclaimed.

On some of her distinct cooking episodes, MacDonald could be seen making hot dogs for Sparky on a Fourth of July themed set, or making vegetable soup, with April O'Sullivan, that could be enjoyed out of a thermos or even a small cup for the children. No matter how many gimmicks MacDonald created, it always seemed to be little tips like that that enticed the viewer to come back for more.

Despite MacDonald's "Jane-of-all-Trades" endeavours, she was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and maintains the upperhand in this internal battle.

Ginger MacDonald currently resides Valencia, California with her husband, plus-sized model daughter, and two poodles Plushie and Blushie.
