Fusion Business Solutions is a European Business Service Management company specialising in IT Service Management and Data center infrastructure management. Fusion has customers across Europe with its headquarters located in London, UK.
Fusion provide ITIL and systems integration solutions and are one of the largest partners of BMC Software in Europe.
History
Fusion Business Solutions was founded in 1996 as a subsidiary of Horizon Technology Group plc. In July 2002 the company was subject to a management buyout led by managing director Mark Lyttle and now operate as a private limited company. Fusion Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. is 87.5% owned By Fusion Global Ltd. which is 100% owned by Mark Lyttle.
Fusion are one of the largest partners of BMC outside of North America. In June 2008 Fusion were presented with an award at the BMC Partner Forum in Lisbon for generating the most BMC licence revenue in the EMEA region.
In 2006 Fusion opened an offshore development center in Bulgaria and the company now employs a team of 100 worldwide.
In December 2010 Fusion acquired Externus a specialist Green IT business.
Locations
Fusion are headquartered in Hounslow, London and have an offshore development center in Bulgaria. From these offices they are able to serve clients across EMEA, Asia and North America.
Services
Fusion are a service management and IT operations specialist as well a Value Added Reseller of BMC Software products. They provide IT Service Management consulting and advisory services and managed services including implementation and support for BMC products such as the BMC Remedy suite of tools which covers service desk, service level and configuration management.
Another branch of the company focuses on the provision of data center optimisation such as server automation and monitoring, event and transaction management, green IT consulting and the management of VMware virtualization environments.
