Frame City Killer was an Xbox 360 video game under development by Namco. After repeated delays in development, a lack of presentation in numerous trade shows, and with media releases that failed to impress, Namco decided to cancel The Title in May 2006.1

Story

Trivia

  • Even though it was cancelled, a picture of the game case can still be seen in the Xbox 360 ad in most magazines. If you look close in the holiday 2006 magazines, such as GameInformer (Issue #164), you can see Frame City Killer.
  • Jokingly referred to as "Frame Rate Killer" due to the 'lesser' graphics
  • Gamers sometimes claim this is yet another in a series of "Sabotage" by Namco. Namco has been known to produce promising-looking titles on consoles other than PlayStation platforms, only to either abandon further works on such consoles or even cancel titles before they're finished.
