It portrays the works and lives of two toilet keepers "Patrick" played by Patrick Mattei and Sara acted by Sara Summa in this public restroom.In addition to their usual daily work they also share a lottery ticket and today is the day where the numbers are out.the lottery's big prize is now over 300 Million U.S. Dollars. as they continue tending to their tiresome ordinary and daily routine duties of the day , they keep their hopes and spirits high as winning the lottery could be their ticket to the heavens from down deep darkest rooms of the very toilets they are DoomEd to work inside most of their life time. their confrontations with so many people who visit their restrooms and amazing incidents taking place inside the rest rooms are sometimes just out of the ordinary and hilarious.the surprise ending of the film promises much to be excited AbOUT.
