Flash Me

Flash Me Magazine is a quarterly online literary magazine brought to you by Winged HaLo Productions. It is a paying market, accepting all genres of fiction, as long as the story is under 1,000 words. Each issue will have 6-12 flash fiction stories. There are no restrictions on content, though it will not publish stories with excess gore, violence, profanity, or [...]. As a magazine geared towards readers of all ages and beliefs, it reserves the right to decline stories based on their content.

It has been published online since July 2003. While the publication is free, a fee-based PDF subscription is available with additional content such as an interview with one of our authors. Issues are published on January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31. Submission deadlines are one month prior to publication. You can view their submission guidelines here

There are eight editors on staff, and at least four editors review each and every submission. They decide whether or not the story is publishable, and if it meets their needs. The editors come from different backgrounds and countries, and have their own personal likes and dislikes.
