Five Points (Toledo)
The Five Points neighborhood in Toledo, Ohio is bordered by the railroad tracks to the west, I-475 to the south, Eleanor Rd to the north, and Lewis Ave to the east. The neighborhood is rooted in "Rust Belt" blue collar values.
The main thoroughfare is Sylvania Ave and it is lined with businesses ranging from pawn shops, clothing stores, all-night diners, and even Toledo's most renowned fine-dining establishment Mancy's Steakhouse. Many residents in this area's parents and grandparents worked at the Willys-Overland Jeep Factory.
Another major road is Upton Ave which many consider to be a slice of the "East Side". The bars in this area are known to be some of the rowdiest in town; they include Tropics, Happy Hour Saloon, The Sports Zone, JD's, The Mayflower, Vamps, and The Longhorn Saloon.
A Toledo late night tradition is the White Tower on Sylvania Ave where the foods plays second fiddle to the entertainment that is the patrons of this greasy spoon eatery. The Panda is also a top choice for Chinese food.
