Everyclick is a limited for-profit company which was formed in 2005. It launched as an internet search engine which was powered by Ask.com and gave half of its revenue to UK charities. In 2008, they added donation and sponsorship services to become an online fundraising platform, and the following year they replaced Ask as their search results provider with Yahoo!.

Everyclick lists over 200,000 registered UK charities and nearly 142,000 registered fundraisers. There are approximately 500,000 unique users. It does not charge charities or fundraisers for its use.

To date it has raised £1,490,000 for charity. Everyclick collects funds and processes payments to charities once a month via the Charities Trust1, which is itself a registered charity. They also reclaim Gift Aid where appropriate. All donations incur a 4.8% administration charge from Charities Trust to cover the collection, credit or debit card fees and administration of the donation.

In 2008, Everyclick.com was voted Website of the Year in the People's Choice awards.

Everyclick runs 'Charities Challenge', the competition which allows charities to try and win a £150,000 outdoor poster campaign.

The company is based in Worcestershire and is backed by over 140 shareholders. It is run by Founder and CEO, Polly Gowers. Competitors include Justgiving and Bmycharity.
