Everlasting blossoms
Everlasting Blossoms 「永春花」 is one brand of Artificial flower in Taiwan. It was created by the Chinese lady named Mrs. Anna Ho (何連郁文) ever since 1967.

The Dawn of Everlasting Blossoms
The very first Everlasting Blossoms originated came from an idea "I need to preserve something precious and lasting for Paul (Anna's husband) in case I die before him." Anna utilized her creativity and Chinese handicraft heritage to make the knitting wool flower blossoms forever. Paul in return to show his appreciation named the chef-d'oeuvre as "Everlasting Blossoms".
Contribution
Since Anna keep promoting the traditional Chinese hand-made arts for years, she successfully enlighten the young generation to refocus on the knitting handicraft in Taiwan.
The reason why Anna regain people's attention on traditional Chinese embroidery is because she made the real flower look-like artworks with 3D layout by knitting wool only. The visitors from all everlasting blossoms exhibitions agree it is barely to recognize the flowers on the table are not real, the only difference between everlasting blossoms and real flower is scent.
The notability on art for everlasting blossoms is no high-tech nor plastic material inside the embroidery but innovation from traditional Chinese needleworks.
Anna trained a lot of Taiwanese artist before she passed away and the everlasting blossoms are not only the training material but an art masterpiece and part of Chinese culture already.
Notability
Everlasting Blossoms shimmered her glory for the people who endeavor to Chinese culture in late 20th century. There were a lot of news paper reported this unique cultural heritage back to those days.
Anna also conducted several classes in order to fulfill her commitment :"To share the embroidery skill to all the people who want to learn the way to sew an everlasting blossoms".
One of The Famous Chinese writer 謝冰瑩 Hsieh Ping-ying described how she admired Everlasting Blossoms when she was in San Francisco: "There is no any exhibition induce me to conduct second visit, however, Everlasting Blossoms made me visit three times."
