Erica Hayden (born December 21, 1982 in Long Island, New York), sometimes referred to as "i america" or "Erica America", is an American radio personality, television host and psychotherapist. She is currently an on-air host on "Long Island’s #1 Hit Music Station" 106.1 WBLI. She also works as a psychotherapist treating adolescents, adults and couples at a private practice in New York.

Erica Hayden founded celebrity interview website iamericamag.com, known for unique and edgy video interviews with emerging artists. Beginning her broadcast career on MTV in 2001, she has since hosted for Fuse TV and Heeb Magazine. She was Spin Magazine's Warped Tour reporter in 2006 and has written for Yellow rat [...] Magazine.

Erica graduated from The George Washington University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Communication. She went on to receive a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College. Using her background in psychology, Erica fuses entertainment and analytic insight as a television and radio personality, guest appearing on Sirius Satellite Radio's "Miserable Men" on Howard 101 in 2009.
