Enrique Badulescu is a Mexican fashion photographer and filmmaker based in New York.

Biography

Enrique Badulescu was born in Mexico City. His father was a well known art photographer. After graduating high school he attended a photography school in Munich, Germany. After school he moved to New York where he began freelance assisting and shooting his own assignments. After two years he moved to London. Enrique started to work for magazines like The Face and Arena, where he was allowed to develop and experiment with his photography. After three years he moved back to America and eventually found himself in New York, where he currently resides with his wife and children.

Enrique specializes in fashion and portrait photography. His photographs are typically in bright, vivid color. He often manipulates his photos by hand – for example, by painting, [...], layering.
