ENCON Equipment

ENCON Equipment is an American equipment rental company based in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The company operates in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Jordan Mitchell has served as the CEO of the company since 2023.

History

ENCON equipment was founded in 2008. In 2023, Jordan Mitchell and Doug Elliott acquired the company and began expanding its rental business. In the same year, it was added to the dealer network of Magni Telescopic Handlers.

In 2024, ENCON opened a branch in Somerset, Kentucky. In 2025, it announced a new facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana, its third location in the region. Later that year, ENCON opened a Fairfield, Ohio branch for the Greater Cincinnati area.

In 2024 and 2025, Rental Management named ENCON the fastest-growing equipment rental company in the United States on its Market Movers lists.
