Elora (Spyro character)

Elora the faun is a character in the Spyro the Dragon series of games. She made her debut in the second game released for the PlayStation, Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage (Gateway to Glimmer in Europe), where she lived in Avalar. However, after her debut, she was only seen again once in the third game, Spyro: Year of the Dragon, in a video after defeating The Sorceress.

Relationships

Elora is friends with Hunter the Cheetah, The Professor, and Zoe the Fairy. She was also friends with Spyro the Dragon in both "Ripto's Rage" and "Year of the Dragon", but their current relationship is unknown.

Since her introduction in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, there have been many speculations that she and Spyro had a relationship growing, however, since Vivendi Universal Games left her out of the more recent games, the "Elora x Spyro" shipping has lost popularity. Although, she was featured as a collectible card in Spyro Orange: Cortex Conspiracy, indicating she may not be as "dead" to the series as many fans may fear. (Though she was seen kissing Spyro after he defeated Ripto in "Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage".) Elora has been also known as "Spyro´s Girlfriend", principally because in the epilogue of Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage game, one photo says that Spyro lost his chance with Elora. The photo shows Elora trying to kiss Spyro, while he turns to the other direction.

Elora has made a full appearance in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, She made two short appearances in two videos in the third game and she made a cameo in Spyro Orange: Cortex Conspiracy as a collectible card.
