Ease is a free presentation program for the GNOME desktop environment. It is part of GNOME Office.

With its very simple and neat interface design Ease requires little learning time. There are various templates for the creation of new presentations. Images and videos can be embedded into the presentations. Appropriate media content can be searched directly from within the program interface out of the portfolio of online platforms like Flickr or the Open Clip Art Library. Results can be exported to the Portable Document Format (PDF), PostScript, or HTML.

The project was initiated by Nate Stedman in December 2009. The next summer Stéphane Maniaci joined in, who contributed to the project in the course of a Google Summer of Code scholarship.

Ease is being spread together with its whole source code as free software under the terms of version 3 of the GNU General Public License (GPL).

It is being developed in the programming language Vala and uses GTK+ for the user interface and Clutter for the rendering of animations.
