Dr Vykunta Raju

Dr Vykunta Raju is one of India’s paediatric neurologists who has worked extensively in the field of developmental neurology and developmental disorders in children

Life and career

Born in a traditional family near Kolar, Karnataka in 1975. He completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College, Karnataka in 1999 and went on to complete his DM (Doctorate of Medicine) in Paediatric Neurology in 2010 from the AIIMS,All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He has practiced as a paediatric neurologist in various organizations such as BGS Global Hospital and Center for Child Development and Disabilities and during his early career and went on to do extensive research and document studies on critically ill paediatric conditions. He is currently an Assistant professor at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health . He is also a member of various pediatric organizations such as Indian Academy of Pediatrics and Association of Child Neurology.
