Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research (popularly known as GHS-IMR, Kanpur) is a management institute located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (U.P.), India. The institute belogs to the legendry JK Group, which is also know for its JK Cement and JK White Cement.

Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research (GHS-IMR, Kanpur) took birth under the banner of JK Organization Kanpur, in 1995. J.K. Organization has been the vanguard of industrial ProgresS in India, besides fulfilling corporate social responsibility. It has established several primary schools, secondary schools and colleges in many parts of India, all of which have earned name and fame in the educational sector. GHS-IMR was established with the avowed objectives of imparting formal management education, and accordingly with the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), Ministry of HRD, Government of India. GHS-IMR started its activities with two-year fulltime and three-year part time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) courses. Thousands of students across India and specially from Uttar Pradesh apply every year seeking admission in its courses through various national level aptitude tests including CAT, MAT, XAT and ATMA.
