Downtown at the Gardens is a upscale retail, restaurant and lifestyle center located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Downtown at the Gardens is also home to three permanent art fountains and hosts an a large collection of museum quality sculpture, lining the center's walkways and courtyards.
History
Craig I. Menin, 45, founder and president of Menin Development Companies purchased a $17 million, , dormant parcel of land in close proximity to The Gardens Mall around the year 2000. The risk was that the land had no government approvals and no zoning whatsoever. Menin’s vision however, for what he truly believed would be the blossoming of Palm Beach Gardens proved to be correct, and this move paid off.
An open-air two-level, lifestyle center, its achors include a 16-screen Cobb Theatre ,Whole Foods Market and approximately 40 stores and restaurants. Its anchors also include The Cheesecake Factory, which contains approximately and approximately 250 seats.
The center is located at PGA Boulevard and Alternate A1A, east of I-95 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
