Douglas C. Smith
Douglas C. Smith, M.D. is an American psychiatrist in private practice in Juneau, Alaska. Dr. Smith is board certified in psychiatry, and has extensive post-graduate training in psychoanalysis.
Dr. Smith graduated from Indiana University, in 1982, with Phi Beta Kappa honors, and from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1986. Dr. Smith completed his residency in 1990 at the integrated program of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Wright State University, in Dayton, Ohio. He retired from federal service (US Air Force and US Public Health Service) in 2006.
