Dosti Realty is a Mumbai-based real estate developer and is part of the Dosti Group. Dosti Realty is involved in development of real estate space in Mumbai and Thane for nearly 4 decades. The company is promoted by Kishan Goradia (Chairman and founding member) and Deepak Goradia (Vice Chairman and Managing Director who is also currently Vice President, MCHI). Dosti Realty is now expanding to other cities like Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Pune, Maharashtra.

CSR Initiatives
Dosti Realty's social welfare and philanthropic activities are carried out by The Dosti Foundation and Dosti Trust. Some of the initiatives that have been conducted include:
- The Thane Monsoon Relay
- Skill development training for construction workers
- Wadala Bridge’s Beautification
- Through the All India Sarva Seva Sangh, Dosti Trust had also reached Bihar, to help the people that faced disastrous situations due to torrential rainfall.

Deepak Goradia - Vice Chairman And Managing Director Of Dosti Realty
Deepak Goradia initially joined the company, his first ever Projects which he worked on were in Thane & Chunabhatti. After Shri. Kishan Goradia retirement, D’ Souza Nagar Complex at Andheri East is the first project which Deepak Goradia handled independently. It consisted of 12-15 residential buildings. Deepak Goradia first ever land purchase were in Kandivali (1 acre) and Vasai (20 acres).
Dosti Realty was the first developer in Mumbai to start the Society Club House Culture in its project Dosti Acres – New Wadala. The Clubs across its projects are still maintained by Dosti Realty at a very nominal rate.
Deepak Goradia is an active member of the MCHI for more than 20 years. Deepak Goradia initiated the property exhibition held annually by MCHI in Mumbai every year.
