Don’t Stop, Keep Going On

Don’t Stop, Keep Going On! (Turkish: Durmak Yok, Yola Devam) is one of the slogans used by the AK Party in the General Elections of 2007. It is the main slogan of the campaign, in which the actions of the Government, which could be able to bring stability in many fields, especially in the economy and which could establish confidence in the period between 2002 and 2007 governed by the Justice and Development Party, were told. The slogan was chosen to give the message to the electorate that they would wish a powerful, single-party government in order for the confidence and the stability to continue. The Party also used the comparisons between some of the economical parameters of Turkey in the years 2002 and 2007 in its election campaign in order to support this slogan. The slogan has been adopted by all the sectors and has found itself a place in Turkey as one of the most repeated sentences by the people from all ages.
