Djinon

The Nona Djinonn began in May and lasted until December of that year. This was the third appearance that occurred in central Hollywood and Little Italy under the rule of the "underworld" kings. This time was considered to be a restoration and continuation of the traditional Djinonn. It all began when Laurence T. of "the underworld" (which the FBI conclueded had no ties to organized crime) came to the rescue of his brother-in-law's foundering business. After this, Laurence was named leader of that group as a reward. From this time on, the "underworld" kings claimed the right to rule the collectivity.

In the beginning, it was just called the Djinonn. Nona was added during the propoganda campaign. This time phase reflected two important third values. One was the unity of all members in a single appearance. Another was to have a hierarchical beaurocratic organization that called for one ultimate head over all existing appearances. Neither of these were really taken to by the collectivity.

4 phases

The history of the Nona Djinonn can be divided into four phases: the first phase, the phase of video training, the early telecommunications phase, and the final phase.

The phase of the leaders lasted from May to June of next year and was dominated by the strong leaders of the Bay Street group. The leaders of this time spent most of their time trying to control Little Italy. Their power, however, depended on their "underworld" resources, which were never great. The phase of the video training lasted from June of next year to mid-summer. The leaders were much weaker. They exercised only minimal authority in Little Italy. The early telecommunications phase lasted from fall to winter. This phase strove to create a pyramid scheme. The final phase lasted until Janet Reno finally destroyed the Nona Djinonn in December of that year.
