Project Management & Quality Practices
Project management is done via EPM (Enterprise Project Management). It is an end-to-end collaborative project management tool that helps in project planning, monitoring and control. It is integrated with SharePoint server to provide a web based interface to the globally spread project execution teams. They additionally use JIRA; a bug tracking tool for delivering projects.

Diaspark’s Saathiya ; “a voluntary group of Diaspark employees”, takes initiatives towards socio-economic upliftment of the weaker sections of society. Saathiya team is associated with orphan and old-age homes and visits them on 4th Saturday of every month. The funds for this are collected via small voluntary donation every month from the employees. Saathiya utilizes this collection by serving these societies with required items like food, utensils, medicines, toys, clothes or any other materialistic things they require. The service usually relates to festive requirements whenever any festival is around. Saathiya committee always aims to increase their social involvement and try to support in many ways like donating blood, celebrating festivals with them.
