Deepak Jaiswal
Deepak Jaiswal (born 22 May, 1961) is an Indian Trade unionist and President of the National Front of Indian Trade unions (NFITU). He is the Chairman of the Labour cell of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) since 2010.
Biography
Jaiswal was born in Madhya Pradesh. After completing his Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Science he studied Social Science from Guru Ghasidas University from 1985 to 1987. He earned an honours degree in Ayurved Ratna from The Ayurvedic Institute.
Career
He joined The INDIAN Trade union movement in 1982 and has represented workers of India at various national and International forums. He was ACTIVE member of Chhattisgarh Labour Advisory council from 2002-2005. He represented Indian workers on the Standing Committee of Labour, Government of India and Indian Labour Conference since 2003, which is called the Labour Parliament of India. He participated in the 103rd session of International Labour Conference in Geneva, Switzerland.
