Deane Ogden
Top-call Los Angeles drummer Deane Ogden (born November 26, 1974) is one of pop music's most sought-after stickmen. With a list of session dates and live gigs that reads like a “who’s who” in the AOR rock and Top 40 genres, Ogden has kept time on several popular albums of the last decade, including recordings by Sheryl Crow, Seal, Dido, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore, Hall & Oates, Usher, Michelle Branch, Rihanna, Joss Stone, Corinne Bailey Rae, Eve, Al Green, and Jewel, just to name a few.
As an award-winning film composer, Deane is known for his experimental sensibilities and a keen sense of filmic timing having written and conducted the scores for feature films such as Dreams on Spec, Family, Ball & Chain, Sharkskin 6, Lava Lounge, A Perfect Season, Oranges, and the upcoming romantic-comedy Knuckle Draggers.
Deane has also written the music to over 100 episodes of television over the last decade, including music for CBS' Survivor series, LAX, Medical Investigation, The Wire, and the TNT remake of Stephen King's Salem's Lot.
