DB Crown
DB Crown is a skyscraper under construction and located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. It is a 3-tower development covering of land and of elevated podium gardens. It is slated to be one of the taller towers in the city with height clearance from the Airport Authority of India. The construction of the property began in 2014 and is scheduled to be completed in 2019.
Composition
Towers A and B of DB Crown will be 68 storeys with a floor-to-ceiling height of . Tower C will comprise 72 storeys with each floor made up of 3 pavilions labelled A, B, and C. There will be a total of 720 apartments across The Three Towers.
Associations & Design
DB Crown is being designed by one of India’s leading architects, Architect Hafeez Contractor and executed by the country’s largest and most trusted engineering and construction company, Larsen & Toubro. The clubhouse and interiors works have been undertaken by London based GA Design. The landscaping of the project is being handled by LSG Landscape Architecture, from the United States of America.
