David C. Courreges
David Carl Courreges joined De Leon, Boggins & Icenogle, P.C. in 2006. Mr. Courreges practices in the areas of Legislative and Governmental Affairs, Administrative Law, and Mediation. Prior to joining the firm, he served on the staff of several senior members of the Texas Legislature.
Born and raised in China Spring, Texas, David attended St. Paul's Episcopal School, Vanguard Preparatory School, and graduated from China Spring High School. He earned his J.D. and Masters of Public Administration from St. Mary's University of San Antonio in May of 2005, and his B.A. in Government and History from the University of Texas at Austin in December, 2000. During law school, he served his fellow students as the President of the Student Bar Association and was the Recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including the University Presidential Medal, the Law Alumni Association/Campus Ministries Leadership Award, and the ALI-ABA Scholarship and Leadership Award.
Mr. Courreges currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the St. Mary's University Law Alumni Association. In addition, he is ACTIVE in the Austin Young Lawyer's Association, State Bar of Texas, Leadership Austin, and Volunteer Legal Services.
