CyberTech (Japanese company)

CyberTech Corporation is a Japanese software company headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo. The company develops and provides enterprise software and related services for document management, digital transformation (DX), and web solutions. It also operates an offshore development center in Cebu, Philippines, known as the Cebu R&D Center (formerly the Cebu IT Outsourcing Center), and a nearshore development subsidiary in Okinawa, Japan.

Overview

CyberTech Corporation was founded on September 8, 1998, by Kenji Hashimoto in Kichijoji, Musashino, Tokyo. Since 2001, the company has specialized in XML-related technologies, including software development and consulting services.

In 2007, CyberTech acquired the NeoCore XML database business from Mitsui Bussan Secure Directions, Inc. The acquisition enabled the company to strengthen its document management technologies. In 2013, CyberTech launched PMX, a content management system (CMS) designed for manual authoring and management, which incorporates NeoCore technology.

Today, the company's business is organized into three primary divisions:

  • Manual DX Business, which provides the PMX manual CMS, NeoCore XML database, and manual consulting services.
  • DXP Solutions Business, which offers DocuPortal, WordPress services, web CMS implementation, website development, web operations, and digital marketing consulting.
