History
CSS Corp was founded in 1996 with its headquarters located in Milpitas, USA. The company employs over 5,500 technology professionals across 15 locations globally with its largest operations in India.
In 2006, SAIF Partners invested $22.5 million in CSS Corp. In 2007, CSS Corp raised a $25 million round in 2007 led by Goldman Sachs. The Venture capital firm; Sierra Ventures also holds a stake in the company.
In 2010, CSS Corp acquired Glow networks, Aliquo solutions and InteQ to further add to its capability around network and carrier support services. In 2011, TG Ramesh (Tiger) was appointed as the global CEO of CSS Corp.
In 2013, Partners Group, the Switzerland-based private market investment manager acquired a majority stake in CSS Corp to the tune of $270. In 2016, Manish Tandon was appointed the CEO of CSS Corp.
CSS Corp is a member of the United Nations Global Compact and has aligned its operations and strategies with universally accepted CSR principles.
