On May 11, 1999, Courion Secured $4.1 million in a First Round of Funding.
In 2000, AccountCourier was introduced.
On Nov 28, 2000, Courion Secured $13.2 Million in a Second Round of Funding.
In 2000, CertificateCourier was introduced.
On Jan 28, 2003, Courion Secured $9 Million in New Funding.
In 2004, ComplianceCourier was introduced.
On Nov 8, 2004, Courion Secured $5 Million in New Funding.
In 2006, RoleCourier was introduced.
In 2009, Compliance Manager for SharePoint was introduced.
In 2009, Courion announced the India Technology Center (ITC) in Pune, India.
