Convoy internal communications

Convoy internal communications are communications in a land or maritime convoy:

  1. that are among the elements of the convoy,
  2. that include radio, visual, and sound transmissions,
  3. in which radio inter-vehicle or inter-ship communications are usually by radiotelephone using the receipt method of operation,
  4. in which the convoy commander vehicle or ship usually has the net-control station aboard, and
  5. that usually use a single assigned frequency.
