Contrary Action
Contrary Action is a concept developed by Wendy Alane Wright in 1989 and described in her book," An Ordinary Girl's Dialogue With God: Contrary Action. (2008)
Contrary Action is a powerful self-help tool, that can be mastered, to alter the results a person wishes to experience in their lives professionally, personally, emotionally and spiritually. The term Contrary Action is defined by Wendy Alane Wright as "Opposite Conduct."
Basic Theory of Contrary Action
"If you want what you have, keep doing what you are doing. If you want something you have never had, you will have to do something you have never done. You can achieve new results that you have never had before - by taking Contrary Actions, or, "opposite action" than you have been taking.
Change means doing something different. Contrary Actions are "different" actions.
