Constructive Communication
Constructive Communication, Inc. (CCI) was founded by Kimberly Kayler to provide marketing communications and public relations services for professional service and technical markets including architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, concrete, chemical, plastics and more. CCI team members frequently author or contribute to articles that are of use to the AEC industry and the team has authored approximately 2,500 articles to date. In addition, CCI regularly conducts research AbOUT industry and market trends.
CCI was recently named in the Equal Opportunity Division of the Ohio Department Of Administrative Services as a participant in Ohio’s Encouraging Diversity, Growth and Equity (EDGE) program.
Services
CCI provides public relations, marketing communications, technical writing, social media and marketing strategy services. Public relations services include article and news release development, key message development, market research, press kits and fact sheets, training programs and crisis communications planning.
Technical writing services include article, white paper, proposal, data sheet and case study development. CCI also develops marketing communications vehicles such as sales letters, websites, brochures, newsletters and other sales tools. Marketing strategy includes facilitation of strategic planning sessions and development of marketing plans.

• American Institute of Architects - Constructive Communication, Inc. is a registered provider of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) CES Program. Presentations on public relations, award submissions, proposal development and other marketing topics are available for AIA Learning Units.
