CohnReznick was formed in 2012 through a combination of two firms J.H. Cohn (Roseland, NJ) and Reznick Group (Bethesda, MD)3. J.H. Cohn was founded in 1919 in Newark, NJ by Julius H. Cohn. Reznick Group, formerly Reznick, Fedder & Silverman, was formed in 1977 in Washington, DC by three partners – David Reznick, Stuart Fedder, and Ivan Silverman.
