History
ClearOrbit started as a consulting company Brouwer Palmer & Associates and was founded in 1991 by Larry Brouwer, Michael Palmer and Paul Palmer. Headquartered in Austin, Texas with a sales office in Mesa, Arizona.
In 1995, they developed into a Software company. One of their first customers was Cisco Systems. It was at Cisco that they developed their first product, BP*LINK, originally called BCI or Barcode Interface for the Oracle database.
Shortly after the development of BP*LINK, BP*LINK/APPS was developed to provide a simplified real-world approach to Oracle Applications. By using automated data collection and reducing and simplifying the number of fields a user must enter, BP*LINK/APPS provides rapid, error-free, on-line access to Oracle Applications.
